One of Hystyle Projects specialised services is Lessor Works. Not only can we de-fit your tenancy, but through our network of experienced sub-contractors and suppliers we are able to perform any works required by the lessor to fulfil contractual agreements with the tenant.
Working closely with Project/Centre management we provide services including:
• Construction of new IT walls/reconfiguration of tenancy layout
• All hydraulic/ plumbing works required, including slab scanning, core drilling/ concrete cutting, under-slab works, gas connection and water meter relocation
• All electrical works required including, relocation, upgrade or installation of electrical distribution board and IDF.
• All mechanical/air and fire requirements
• All glazing requirements, including relocation or addition of entry points.
• Installation of new ceiling structures including tile grid systems
