One of Hystyle Projects specialised services is Lessor Works. Not only can we de-fit your tenancy, but through our network of experienced sub-contractors and suppliers we are able to perform any works required by the lessor to fulfil contractual agreements with the tenant.<\/p>\n
Working closely with Project\/Centre management we provide services including:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Construction of new IT walls\/reconfiguration of tenancy layout
\n\u2022 All hydraulic\/ plumbing works required, including slab scanning, core drilling\/ concrete cutting, under-slab works, gas connection and water meter relocation
\n\u2022 All electrical works required including, relocation, upgrade or installation of electrical distribution board and IDF.
\n\u2022 All mechanical\/air and fire requirements
\n\u2022 All glazing requirements, including relocation or addition of entry points.
\n\u2022 Installation of new ceiling structures including tile grid systems<\/p>\n
